Drew Jepson - Coach Jepson oversees the technical development of our academy players along with directing all of our Academy coaches to ensure the highest quality training for all of the players involved!!
Coach Jepson has been working with grassroots age kids for over 12 years at the Sports Emporium and within our De Pere Select Academy Program. His new role will allow him to share his wealth of knowledge and ability to engage this age level player with everyone he has the chance to work with.

Mike Picard holds a National D license and is a biology teacher at De Pere High School. While a student at De Pere, Picard captained the 1992 State Runner Up and 1993 State Championship soccer teams alongside technical director Dusty Rhodes. From there Picard went on to play college soccer at The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh making two NCAA tournament runs. He has coached soccer for 20 years including helping to lead the Appleton West Boys High School and Appleton North Girls High School teams to State appearances. Besides working with the De Pere Select U10 girls, he is a staff coach for FC Wisconsin Nationals focussing on ages U13-U15 as well an assistant coach for the De Pere High Schools girls program.
Alex Zeller is the Head JV Girl’s Soccer Coach for Green Bay East High School and is also currently the Assistant Coach for UW-Green Bay Women’s Soccer. Was the Assistant Varsity Girl’s Soccer Coach for Notre Dame Academy for two years (2016-2017 seasons) and went with them to the state finals in 2016. She played at UWGB for 4 years and was captain her last 2 years. Alex was on the Horizon League All Freshman Team her first year and won Horizon League All Second Team Honors her senior year. She also won the Green Bay Phoenix Sportsmanship award her senior year. Alex started playing soccer at age 4 in her hometown of Dundee, IL. Her senior yea, her high school (St. Edward Central Catholic High School) team was a state finalist and she currently holds school records for most goals in a season, most wins in a season, longest shutout streak, longest win streak and least goals allowed in a season. At my previous high school I made the all area team, the all conference team twice, and won the Amanda Walker Golden Boot Award for top goal scorer.This is my first season with De Pere Academy coaching U8 and U9 girls.
Cayden Lasecki was part of Derek Rhodes first recruiting class at St. Norbert College where he transitioned into a holding midfield/center back role. He played 4 years of collegiate soccer winning a conference title and a conference tournament title his senior year leading to a trip to the NCAA tournament in 2016. A Green Bay native and a Bay Port 3 year letterwinner, Was an FRCC all conference and press gazette all area performer as a forward in 2012 there as well. Grew up playing in the Howard Hurricane select program from u9-u18, where a national team at u11 turned to a premier league team already by u14. Been around the game since the age of 4 giving 19 years of soccer playing experience.
Trisha Rhodes Coach Rhodes has 15 years experience with De Pere Select. Her teams have a reputation for regularly earning State League promotion at multiple age levels. Coach Rhodes recently resigned her longstanding position as the Varsity Girls coach at DePere High School after twelve years. During her tenure as the leader of the Lady Redbirds her teams were a fixture at the WIAA State Tournament including: Four WIAA Division 1 appearances, Two State Final Appearances, and Seven Conference Championships. Coach Rhodes was a four year starter in the central midfield at Edgewood College. Her career included two NCAA Tournament appearances. Four time conference champion, three time conference tournament champion.
Kyle Norman A Green Bay native, Kyle has more than 25 years of combined playing and coaching experience. He played for De Pere Select for his entire youth career starting at age 9. He is a De Pere High School graduate and a 4-year boys soccer varsity letterman. He went on to play for the University of Whitewater-Wisconsin. Currently he is in his 3rd year of coaching in the De Pere Youth Academy program.
